Get to know Laney

For me, design is personal.

Interiors provoke emotion, create memories, and tell a story. I believe in designing to the full detail, from brand identity to ff&e selections, each design is important. I enjoy concept development and understanding the needs and wants of the end user. Design goes beyond the walls of the building.

My ultimate goal is to design for a change.

My Background

I started my design career in DFW shortly after graduating from Oklahoma State University in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Human Sciences in Interior Design. I have worked in the multifamily segment of the industry for over 2.5 years. I am interested in pursuing a NCIDQ accreditation. I love to travel and am always willing and interested in doing so!

Cortland is a global, integrated multifamily investment, development, and management firm focused on delivering resident-centric, hospitality-driven apartment living experiences. Cortland Design is the in-house interior design firm dedicated to Cortland from full renovation, value-add projects, to new development.
