Clubhouse and Leasing Furniture Refresh & Finish Touch-ups | Design, Procurement, Installation

For Cortland Legacy, we touched up finishes and selected new furniture, art, and accessories. The finishes consisted of new paint throughout, new tile backsplash in the kitchenette, new lighting in the leasing and business center, and new flooring in the leasing office and fitness center. These tiny refreshments made the entire amenity space look brand new. Such a big difference!
