Cortland Stonebriar Fitness was a fantastic project. We converted a clubhouse and leasing office into an entire fitness center. There is over 70 pieces of equipment throughout this giant 2-story fitness center. Cortland Stonebriar is made up of 3 buildings that hosts 836 units. This fitness center will be used by all 3 buildings. This was a game changer for this property and the residents have been so excited to use their new and highly improved fitness center.
We placed “Juice-Bar” like furniture throughout the common areas of the space. Above, you can see the entry way with open seating areas near the lockers. Everything is commercial-grade outdoor furniture. Everything was selected with our gym-goers in mind. Easy to clean!
