Cortland at West Village is in the heart of Uptown, Dallas. The demographic is young professionals who look for more sophisticated finishes but enjoy color and spunk.

In this model, texture was very important to me. I wanted to find a playful feel to add on to the sophisticated finishes. With black hardware, the space is very modern and tailored to its audience.
