Cortland Wren Northlake 2.0 Model is one of my favorites to date. This is a small one-bed apartment unit that features a laundry nook/mudroom at the entryway, spacious cabinetry, a large patio leading out to the pool, a large bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The unit is 853 square feet and has a great, functional layout.
In this unit, I really wanted to focus on lots of texture. I played with colors of rust and green, but black and white patterns were a big staple in my design here. The furniture and accessory selections make it feel super inviting, yet cozy and homey. This is a perfect model unit for this community located in North Charlotte.
I am very particular about how I present my procurement. I make sure details in my presentations match exactly what will be installed. Backgrounds of images are removed, shapes are altered, colors are adjusted, and scale is corrected to make sure that the end result of the installation looks exactly like the presentation.
